A flat-fee staffing service for hospitality, retail, and QSR operators who hire steadily and want to stop juggling job boards, screening calls, and onboarding paperwork. You pay a predictable monthly subscription instead of per-hire commissions, and we handle the full pipeline โ sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, TSA badging where applicable, and onboarding through I-9 โ through our purpose-built hiring platform.

Three steps. First, we hop on a 45-minute discovery call to map out your locations, hire types, and volume. Within 24 hours we send you a proposal. Sign it (e-signed, async), pick the tier that fits, and we activate immediately. Front-of-house and back-of-house team members, baristas, cashiers, bartenders, line cooks, retail floor staff, lounge attendants, and management positions (GMs, AGMs, opening teams). We currently place for airport hospitality (Capital One Lounge, Centurion Lounge, concourse QSR), restaurants, and retail. Is there a limit to how many requisitions I can have open?
Yes, and it scales by tier. The Essential package covers 2 open requisitions at a time. Premium handles 4 standard requisitions plus 2 management-level openings. Custom is scoped to your volume โ if you're opening 5+ locations or staffing a new concourse, this is the tier we build around your needs.
How fast can you fill a role?
We average 48 hours from open requisition to first qualified candidate. Time-to-hire varies by role and compliance requirements โ airport positions wait on TSA badging (we run that in parallel with interviews so candidates are concourse-ready the day a badge issues), while restaurant FOH roles typically close within 5-7 days.

After 30 days, we treat it as a new requisition โ there's no separate replacement fee since you're already on a subscription. Most operators tell us the difference vs. agency placement is that there's no awkward "you owe us another fee" conversation.
